Pre-Planning/Consulting

We will work with you to define the mission for your event. From there we will assist with the following:

  • Audience: identifying and reaching the target audience

  • Agenda: creating a meaningful and engaging agenda

  • Faculty: defining the composition of the faculty and helping to enroll them into the program

  • Date: ensuring that the course dates do not conflict with other programs

  • Location: finding a city and venue that meet the needs to of the course in terms of size, weather, budget and other key factions. 

  • Budget: build a detailed budget that takes into account all the course related expenses and income.

  • Marketing: develop a marketing plan that includes branding, social-media outreach, advertising, PR and promotional items

Venue

We will leverage our database of venues across the US and find the best options for your event.

  • Location considerations:

    • National, regional, or international audience

    • Budget, weather, local attractions, and ease of access. 

    • BioSkill lab requirements

​

  • Hotel: 

    • We will help define all your requirements including hotel rooms, meeting spaces, audio visual, concessions, and food and beverage.

 

  • Bioskills Labs:

    • If you will be hosting a cadaver or simulation lab we will work with your team to define the required stations, equipment, staffing and specimens.

    • We will then access our nationwide network of Bioskill Labs and for your program

Marketing

We will market your event according to your mission and target audience.

    • Create a brand for the event that matches its mission, stands out among other similar events and will have longevity

  • Website development and management

    • We will create a website that can be utilized for the initial and ongoing events

​

  • Promotional materials

    • Our team can create materials to be used for promoting the course to all the targeted parties including attendees, faculty and sponsors.

  • Social Media

    • We will create a social media campaign based on the event target audience ensuring you reach people in their primary social media outlet.

  • PR

    • Help write and distribute press releases around the key elements of the conference. 

​

  • Course Program, banners and other print outputs

    • We can assist with the design and production of all hard copy event materials. 

    • We will also coordinate the logistics around these materials including distribution to target audiences and available on location for the conference.

At the conference we will provide dedicated resources available for support through the event duration. Services include:
